1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

3. International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–21 business days).
4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@ringluxestudio.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
6. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. RingLuxe Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
