At RingLuxe Studio, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for a different size or style, subject to availability.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
