At RingLuxe Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Personalized or custom-engraved items are non-refundable
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@ringluxestudio.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for the wrong size or a defective item. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@ringluxestudio.com with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
