30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-personalized items. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required

Personalized & Engraved Items

Due to the custom nature of personalized and engraved pieces, these items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your personalized item arrives with an error on our part, we will replace it at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@ringluxestudio.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll send a replacement at no charge.
